  • The bike arrives in a box. The handlebars, front wheel, front mudguard, pedals and saddle must be attached.
  • You will need a multi-tool or hex key set, 10mm spanner, 15mm wrench, scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a pump.

Some things to note:

  • If you assemble your own bike, it’s very important that you do it correctly. If you have doubts, pay your local bike mechanic to check over your handiwork or assemble it for you.
  • In the first few weeks of use, you can expect your bike to ‘bed-in’. You must check everything is tight before each ride. Cables will stretch so your gears and brakes will need adjustment.

Get into your groove with the padded leather saddle and attached suspension springs. Holding on tight is easy with the rubber grips on the wide handlebars, and putting your foot down is even more effective with our brown rubber pedals! Whether you’re out in the city, around your neighbourhood, or out in the country, the Beat stays comfy.

How to cycle with 7 gears

Change gears on the Beat to adjust for different speed and incline conditions. Use lower gears for climbing steep hills or riding slowly, and use higher gears on flat or declines to gain some serious speed!

Your bike will be delivered to you in a large box. You will be given an approximate delivery time and date with your order confirmation.

Yes, you can. We have many Bobbin riders using child seats. We recommend you buy a child seat with an integral rear carrier rack and visit a local bike shop to have this fitted to your bike so you can be sure it is fitted correctly. We can't guarantee our bikes are compatible with every child seat brand or mounting system.

The Classic Vintage Bike Returns

Bobbin first released the Beat in 2017 and it quickly became a bestseller. This new and improved edition arrived in 2024, featuring a host of innovative improvements.
