Bobbin's Support Dept were very helpful and proactive. I had a problem paying for the pannier via paypal (my fault) and with the help of Laura (support team) who checked and double checked that first order had not been received and no money had been taken, I was able to place a second order with confidence.”

"We ordered a bike over the Christmas period for our daughter's birthday in early January. Bobbin was operating at reduced hours during this period (but it wasn't clear when they were open and when they weren't) and it looked as if it wouldn't arrive in time for the big day.
