Delivery

These are estimated delivery times and may be affected occasionally by factors outside our control such as customs delays and checks. If you have a deadline - a birthday for example - make sure you order well in advance to avoid stress or disappointment. As our delivery times are estimates, they are not binding, therefore you are not entitled to any refund in case the parcel was not delivered on the pre-agreed date.

Your order is shipped out of the UK. You are responsible for local customs charges and other import taxes and fees payable to receive goods in your country. If you choose to not pay these fees, then you risk having the goods returned or in some cases destroyed by customs. Bobbin cannot refund any orders in this situation unless they are safely returned to us. For unwanted goods, we have may have to deduct accordingly from any refund to cover extra shipping charges.

Package shipping internationally might be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and/or additional local fees imposed by the destination country. Bobbin does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Certain countries might also require additional documents. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays to the order. If customs and duty charges are applicable and you do not pay these, your order may be returned or destroyed by customs.  Bobbin is not responsible for the goods if you do not pay these charges.
