Le vélo arrive dans une boîte. Le guidon, la roue avant, le garde-boue avant, les pédales et la selle doivent être fixés.
Le panier se fixe simplement par les sangles.
La boîte contient des outils de base. Vous aurez également besoin de ciseaux, d'une pince, d'un tournevis et d'une pompe.

Quelques points à noter:

Le panier n'est pas fabriqué à la machine, il est tissé à la main à partir de matériaux naturels. Des incohérences dans le tissage, la finition et la couleur sont à prévoir et font partie de son charme.

Pour trouver la bonne taille de vélo, commencez par mesurer l'entrejambe. Prenez un ruban à mesurer, placez-le sur le sol à l'intérieur de la jambe et mesurez vers le haut. Vérifiez maintenant le tableau ci-dessous.

Si deux tailles conviennent, optez pour la plus grande. Il s'adaptera plus longtemps pendant que votre enfant grandit.

Always measure your child's inside leg and check our sizing guide before choosing the size. The age guides we give are only for general guidance, the height and inside leg are more important. If you're unsure about the sizing, contact us, and we can advise. It's important to buy a bike that your child can fit on. Our Junior bikes have plenty of room for growth, as saddles and handlebars can be adjusted easily.

The bike arrives in a box. The handlebars, front wheel, front mudguard, pedals and saddle must be attached.
The box contains basic tools. You will also need scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a pump.

Moonbug and Gingersnap models include colour-matched stabilisers (training wheels) on the 12" and 16" size. We do not provide training wheels for 20 and 24" wheel bikes but it is possible to buy these separately from other retailers.

Bobbin bikes will fit most sizes, whether tall of petite. Don’t know your bike size? It’s really easy to find the correct fit by measuring your inside leg, from the sole of your foot to the inside of your thigh. Then check your height. To find your size, see our sizing chart here. Some of our adult bikes come in two sizes, others are one-size-fits all.
