A perfect city bike for shared households, the Bobbin Breton is a compact and great value cruiser with a lightweight alloy frame - light enough to carry up apartment steps or lift onto the back of a car.
Two colourways: Moody Blue is a grey/blue colour. Pink is a joyous bubblegum pink, a shade or two brighter/deeper than our childrens bikes.

The Bobbin Breton is perfect for weekend cruising, picnics in the park and trips to the shops. It has relaxed 7 speed Shimano gears for gentle riding, and compact 26" wheels with slightly wider tyres than we normally use, which work well on canal towpaths and bridleways. The V-brakes give responsive braking.
You can attach your own basket or crate to the front to load up with goodies, or use the colour-matched rear carrier rack for your panniers. All bikes come with a black and grey striped saddle, black grips/cables and a smoke coloured chain guard.
It is fitted with a child seat-friendly rear carrier rack that takes a maximum load of 25kg.

Assembling your bike is empowering. It’s a great way to understand how it works! Please click here to view our step by step guide to assembly. View our assembly video here.
The bike arrives in a box. The handlebars, front wheel, front mudguard, pedals and saddle must be attached.
You will need a multi-tool or hex key set, 10mm spanner, 15mm wrench, scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a pump.
Some things to note:
If you assemble your own bike, it’s very important that you do it correctly. If you have doubts, pay your local bike mechanic to check over your handiwork or assemble it for you.
In the first few weeks of use, you can expect your bike to ‘bed-in’. You must check everything is tight before each ride. Cables will stretch so your gears and brakes will need adjustment.
Finding the correct size bike starts with measuring the legs. Take a measuring tape, place it on the floor inside the leg and measure upwards. Now check the chart below.
26" - 32" 67cm - 81cm
5'3" - 5'7" 160cm - 170cm
Rider heights are given as a guide only. Everyone has different length legs, regardless of height. We strongly recommend measuring the inside leg before choosing the size!
