Coming 31st August. Pre-order and photos available from 16th July.
New for 2020, this is a re-working of our much loved Hummingbird bike. It has a slim 'mixte' frame made from lightweight chromoly steel as well as the usual Bobbin touches including 'swept back' bars, sprung saddle and matching mudguards.
7 gears will carry you over the hills and down to the sea for a dip and a picnic.
This frame shape is evocative of 1960's France so you may consider fashioning your hair in the Bardot-style and sporting a stripy top and capri pants :)
Assembling a Bobbin balance bike is really easy and fun. Please click here to view our step by step guide to assembling the bike.
The bike arrives in a box. The handlebars and front must be attached.
The basket is attached simply by the straps.
The box contains basic tools. You will also need scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a pump.
Some things to note:
The basket is not machine made, it is hand woven from natural materials. Inconsistencies in weave, finish and colour are to be expected and are part of its charm.

Finding the correct size bike starts with measuring the legs. Take a measuring tape, place it on the floor inside the leg and measure upwards. Now check the chart below.
Frame S/M (43cm frame)
26" - 34" 67cm - 86cm
5'3" - 5'7" 160cm - 170cm
Rider heights are given as a guide only. Everyone has different length legs, regardless of height. We strongly recommend measuring the inside leg before choosing the size!
